i wanted my dream house to be simple which is designed by using circle and square shape.

It is from the idea of the words “zhang” in chinese which is used as a surname. The idea of putting is becoz of the tradition of chinese putting clan flag infront of their house.

The idea of putting 2 square together. The upper square box was used as a light box to collect lights into the building while the lower squares were used for worship. This buillding realli gives ppl a calm and silence feeling.

It was randomly designed for its shape but frank gehry do say tat i mayb come from the idea of the shape of paper ball.

i modified the tower design from one of the idea by giving meaning to each spaces. Colours are applied in red stripe to make it feel exciting which matches stich characteristics and the revolving ability enable stich to play with it.

The reason i picked that location is because the view there was perfected to fit in my tower. It also provided shaded area and nice view while look through the telescope

SJ7-initial ideas for viewing tower

The 1st idea is im trying to do a tower which hang on the tree that make a perfect view for my character. The 2nd idea i modified the idea of hanging to the idea of moving around the tree. The 3rd idea i come wit playful shape and the ability of revolving which makes the whole tower looks and feel playfully.
